As from https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113330#c8 to
implement a button action to dock floating navigator opposite of the Sidebar
deck.
<Ctrl><Shift>+F10 keyboard, or <Ctrl>+double mouse click (pointer in the gray
header not the frame), will already toggle the F5 Navigator dialog.
Not sure a button on the dialog is needed, but it might be easier to find than
the shortcut or mouse action. But, not sure this is an .UNO command now (I
couldn't find the control).
