The jpeg file has 2540 dpi for 793px height and 559px width. That results
793/2540=0.31 and 559/2540=0.22

So import is correct. The question is, why has the picture this totally wrong
dpi-value.

Please tell, what setting do you have made during export, what operating system
do you have and what screen resolution and/or dpi setting in the operating
system.

In my tests I get always 72 dpi, that is surely wrong too.

I thought that there exists already a bug report about wrong dpi values, but I
cannot find it.
