Let's turn this into a easy hack. The code is here:
cui/ui/numberingoptionspage.ui -> defines the view / look of the page
cui/source/tabpages/numpages.cxx -> defines the behavior
SvxNumOptionsTabPage::Reset() method seems a good starting point.
