I'd say this differently: if you choose paragraph style view in Sidebar (like
Applied, Custom..), it's retained for other lists (eg. character, page styles)
if it exists. But if it was Automatic, it doesn't exist, so it's changed to
All. That's why it's not coming back, probably there's no coming back at all.
So I change the title from "Style list view not coming back" to "Sidebar: Style
list view that doesn't exist in other style list (like Automatic) not
remembered when coming back to the first style list (like Paragraph)".
But it's still not obvious how to solve this.
