Description:
The horizontal table borders are disappearing and reappearing when the table
border line width is set to 1,25p for top and bottom border
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file
2.Double click a cell (right click it; or type something in it)
Actual Results:
Second horizontal table row line is disappearing
Expected Results:
Table border should stay visible
Reproducible: Always
