Unfortunately Unable to reproduce:
1. I opened file which you attached in LO 5.2
2. I changed the width of column
3. I need to wait about 1-2 second, till resizing is complete. It is still
better than in your case (30-60 seconds)
Could you please provide step by step instruction how to reproduce this issue?
