You can't reproduce is with 5.4.0.0.alpha, which is packed after bug 105467 has
been fixed. Have tested this with 5.4.0.0 alpha 2017-01-30. The fix with the
empty property seems to bring back background-color. But choose anything in the
background-color: Doesn't change the color in any way.
Don't know if there is a connection between the two bugs ...
