Does not occur with 5.4 daily build (2016-12-02_00:57:58), 5.3beta1, 5.3 daily
build (2016-11-17_00:29:08), but occurs with 5.3alpha1 in Windows 7.
Couldn't reproduce it with 5.3alpha1 / Ubuntu 16.04.
Luke, raal, could either of you confirm and bibisect/reverse bibisect this in
Windows, so the fix can be backported in 5.2.4.2?
