Confirmed with build d4936e876b1b965505ee2e82efaa35eef65d2135 / Windows 7.
Note that it's not working for any cell styles, like Heading1.
It's working fine for Heading1 in 5.2.2.2. => regression
However, it might not be bibisectable because of bug 103332, need to check
bibisect repository.
