If I insert the field "page number" in the headline of a text document
selecting a correction "k" to be applied, the last "k" pages do not show a page
number, the field is left empty.
Example: document consists of three pages. I want to start page numbers not
with "1", but with "3". I insert a field "page number" with a correction of
"2". In this case, the first page shows - correctly - the page number 3, the
second and third page show an empty field. The mistake occurs not only in
LibreOffice under Ubuntu, but also in OpenOffice under Windows.
