Actually information about the selected range of cells is simply lost, or
resets after picking the print dialog from the "print preview" window. So it's
impossible to apply scaling (scaling ratio) to these cells after selecting of a
range of cells and transition to the "preview window", then respectively, it's
impossible to print this range of cells from "preview window".
