Not reproduced with current 5.1.5.2 and 5.2.0.4 versions.
Please try with those, 4.1 is very old, and won't receive any updates.
Note that after right-clicking it takes a few seconds for the context menu to
appear for such a long word, so I guess that might count as a minor performance
issue.
