You are using a very old and unfortunately rather buggy series 5.0.x of
LibreOffice.
The macro onLoad event problem is known, see bug 95191
The crashing on exit is probably due to the 5.0.x version, for that you should
probably try a more current version. It would appear that this behaviour
started
with LO 4.3.x
You should also check out bug 91338
At the moment, the best working solution for these problems seems to be to
revert back to LibreOffice 4.1.4.2 on OSX
