Hi. I am not prepared to provide the documents that are hanging as they
contain personal information and I don't trust any method to protect this
information. However, I have been testing and trying to trigger the same
events with a test document. I created this new test document and keep
increasing its size as the tests go on. It has never 'not responded' yet.
However, older larger documents always 'not respond' (until after I log off and
logon) whenever I open them after just having used Ashampoo Burning Studio 15
to back up my files. I have contacted Ashampoo and they suggested there should
be no connection. However, the proof is in the repeatable evidence. Something
that running Ashampoo Burning Studio 15 does to my Windows 10 setup causes the
'not responding' problem when I try to open these older documents in Libre
Office Writer. Do you have any idea how I can resolve this problem?
