Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Insert attached SVG
3) Compare its rendering with rendering in a browser or Inkscape
The sample SVG was pulled from
https://dev.w3.org/SVG/tools/svgweb/samples/svg-files/radialgradient2.svg
The old SVG implementation code found in 3.6.7 didnt have this problem.
