--- Comment #8 from [email protected] --- This is literally the only feature that makes me continue to go back to using MS Word instead of LibreOffice. It makes editing and fixing formatting in other writer's documents a million times easier. None of the alternatives proposed are anywhere near as convenient or as fast as using Ctrl-Shift-C and Ctrl-Shift-V in Word. One use case that makes a lot of difference is when I copy the formatting from a list with bullets. It saves the formatting indefinitely with just one Ctrl-Shift-C. I can then apply the same formatting easily to all other bullet lists in the document or slide show simply by highlighting and pressing Ctrl-Shift-V. I can past the formatting this way repeatedly with out having to go back and copy it each time. Styles is definitely the way to go, but the Ctrl-Shift-C and Ctrl-Shift-V functionality makes it much easier to use Styles, too. I would also concur that Ctrl-Alt-V would be suitable. It's the functionality I miss - the keys don't matter. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
