Bug ID: 97121
Summary: Calc displays cell numbers which have a value of 0 and
formatted as "-" as "###"
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc

Example of 0 not formatted as dash
Calc has had an issue for a long time where cells with a value of 0 and
formatted to display the dash character "-" are being displayed as "###"
instead. This occurs even though the column is wide enough to display the dash.
The cells format properties string is:
"_(* #,##0.00_);_(* (#,##0.00);_(* "-"??_);_(@_)"
If the column is made wider until the cells are formatted correctly, the "###"
formatting shifts to the next right most column even though it too is wide
enough to display a dash for cells with a 0 value.
Needless to say this bug is annoying and odd.
Perhaps there is a simple way to configure Calc to always display 0 correctly.
