I confirm the access violation with 5.0.3, but with 5.1 it opens OK.

Maybe you could try with 5.0.4 which will soon have its RC1 release:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/5.0#5.0.4_release

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change to NEW, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the
problem went away in 5.0.4.
