shows the print dialogue box
With this 20 page document the print dialogue box seems to only recognise the
first 16 pages. The 'preview' section seems to recognise 20 pages. (see
attached screenshot 'Print Dialogue.png').
If 'booklet' is selected then all seems well for all 10 pages.
