In LibreOffice Calc, as well as in Excel, you can name a formula. That is,
instead of writing a extensive and complex formula, you can give a short name
for a long expression.
However, the dialog Insert -> Names only list "Range" as content of the
expression.
It should be "Range or formula expression", to spark the idea into user's mind.
The image attached shows the string to modify.
The Help content should also include this feature more explicitely.
