--- Comment #14 from Jay Philips <[email protected]> --- I believe that in order to fix what you are asking, the behaviour of the horizontal scrollbar needs to be adjusted so that it can zoom into that the exact page width size and this zoom level would need to be defined as something like 'page width optimal'.
