If you want to export a slide in Impress to a jpg then you have a scrollbar
without frame, only a white line above. This does not look good.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open IMPRESS
2. Go to FILE -> EXPORT
3. Choose file type = jpg and press SAVE
Result: A dialogue box opens where you can choose the quality with a scrollbar
without a frame (only a white line above). Scrollbar and dialogue box
background have the same grey colour.
Reproducible with LO 4.3.2.2 (Win 8.1)
