Crash occurs if you try opening file if there is not an instance of LibreOffice
already open.
Procedure that results in error:
1. With no instance of LibreOffice opened, double-click on ODT file to open
(similarly typing name of ODT file from command line). LibreOffice Writer
starts, seems to open the file and displays its contents, but crashes. Open
LibreOffice directly and will get document recovery option.
2. If an instance of LibreOffice Writer already open, repeat procedure and
Writer opens with document without error.
3. If we close any active instances of LibreOffice and repeat process we get
error.
