--- Comment #5 from Hubert Gajewski <[email protected]> --- (In reply to comment #4) > I seriously hated TextEdit killing the "save as" keyboard shortcut and > forcing me into odd new windows. It is not related to these features. NeoOffice (based on OpenOffice) have both: Versions and Save As. So what's the point? > I for one would not like LO to behave this way. Besides that, highly doubt, > this feature would ever get implemented. It's OSX only and would lead to > different LO behaving depending on the platform you use it on. The different behavior depending on the platform exists today (not just in LO, it is more common) - for example: how to display application's Options window on OS X, Windows and GNU/Linux? For most of applications it will be: OS X: Application Name > Preferences, Windows: Tools > Options, GNU/Linux: Edit > Preferences It is nice when application works in the same way on each platform but in the same time application behavior should match to the platform. > I am really not sure that would be a good idea. For me these are most missing features :-) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
