The spreadsheet that displays the problem.

Problem description: 

When a large spreadsheet (a few thousands of rows) with a graph is opened CPU
(a single core) gets 100% loaded and UI is unresponsive. This is apparent when
the graph is visible; it looks like the graph is redrawed all the time).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached document. and try to navigate it - switch between tabs,
scroll the spreadsheets, etc.

Current behavior:

UI is unresponsive, I have to wait up to several minutes before the application
reacts to my actions.

Expected behavior:

The interface should be more responsive. The graph images can be cached
internally to optimize performance. The drawing itself can be optimized (e.g.
draw an approximate version with a reduced number of points and then gradually
update it to be more precise).
