Problem description: If I press CMD + A, the document data does not get
selected, but the Bold button gets pressed. If I go to edit > select all I see
that CMD + A is the configured shortcut.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Type something
2. Press CMD + A
3. ....
Current behavior: Bold style is set
Expected behavior: All the text gets selected
Operating System: Mac OS X
Version: 4.2.4.2 release
