Simple spreadsheet noted to illustrate the problem.

Problem description: SUM Function handles negative numbers incorrectly.  See
attached spreadsheet example.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....See attached spreadsheet example.
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
If a negative value is entered, the sum function subtracts it TWICE from the
total instead of once!
Expected behavior:
DO FUNDAMENTAL MATH CORRECTLY! TEST YOUR FRICKIN' PRODUCT.
