Example ODP, ImageMap, bitmap, and control test (text hyperlink).

Problem description: This is an LO report for a corresponding old Apache OO
issue (#59547). Essentially hyperlinks created in an ImageMap only work while
editing the presentation, but not in Slide Show mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Impress (empty document).
2. Insert > Picture > From File, select and insert a bitmap picture.
3. With the picture selected, choose Edit > ImageMap. This displays the
ImageMap Editor.
4. Insert a rectangle (hotspot), over part of the image.
5. Enter the "Address" URL for when the user clicks the hotspot.
6. Optionally, enter the "Text" that will be shown as a tip when the user
points the mouse to the hotspot.
7. Click the Apply button.
8. Click Save button (to save the imagemap) and close the ImageMap Editor.
9. Save the presentation.
10. Enter Slide Show (F5).

Current behavior: Hotspot in imagemap is not clickable.

Expected behavior: Hotspot in imagemap IS clickable.

Tested under Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64 running:

- v3.3.0.4 OOO330m19 Build: 6
- v3.4.6.2 OOO340m1 Build: 602
- v3.5.7.2 Build ID: 3215f89-f603614-ab984f2-7348103-1225a5b
- v3.6.7.2 Build ID: e183d5b
- v4.0.6.2 Build ID: 2e2573268451a50806fcd60ae2d9fe01dd0ce24
- v4.1.4.2 Build ID: 0a0440ccc0227ad9829de5f46be37cfb6edcf72

All versions display identical behaviour.
