Problem description:
Inserting a bibliography entry requires one to select the corresponding short
name of a publication from a drop down menu. Only when one has selected one,
the author and title are being displayed. I think it would simplyfy things if
the dropdown showed both author and title.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Edit > Indexes and Tables > Insert Bibliography entry
2. Wonder what's the correct short name
Current behavior:
Use trial and error to find out
Expected behavior:
Have an overview that allows choosing the correct publication immediately
