Problem description: While using 2 monitors if you select a cell to freeze and
move the window to the other display screen the freeze stops working, even
though the check mark show that the freeze is still active. To get the freeze
to work on the other display I have to remove the freeze then reapply.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Select the cell where you want to freeze click Window / Freeze
2. ....Move the window to your other display
3. ....
Current behavior: freeze setting remains but doesn't work
Expected behavior: Freeze stays on both displays.
Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.1.3.2 release
