            Bug ID: 174371
Summary: Impress: Are custom shortcut keys no longer supported
                    in presentation mode?
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.2.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I have created a macro to play a sound and assigned a shortcut key, so that the
macro is executed both in edit mode and in presentation mode when I hit the
shortcut key.

Starting with LO 26.8.2.2, the macro is no longer executed, when I hit that
shortcut key in presentation mode. In edit mode, the macro call of
"ThisComponent.CurrentController.CurrentPage.Sound" results in "BASIC runtime
error - Incorrect property value". However, this call is correctly executed by
LO 26.2.6.3 and LO 25.8.7.3.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a presentation
2. Create a macro to play a sound, whenever it is called

This is the code I have used so far to read out the sound file associated with
the given slide:

        If ThisComponent.Presentation.IsRunning() Then
                ' presentation mode
                sound$ =
ThisComponent.Presentation.getController().CurrentSlide.Sound
        Else
                ' edit mode
                sound$ = ThisComponent.CurrentController.CurrentPage.Sound
        End If

3. Assign a shortcut key to this macro
4. Hit that shortcut key either in edit or presentation mode

Actual Results:
In presentation mode no sound is played.

In edit mode a call of "ThisComponent.CurrentController.CurrentPage.Sound"
results in "BASIC runtime error - Incorrect property value".

Expected Results:
The sound defined in the macro is supposed to be played both in presentation
mode and in edit mode

Reproducible: Always
