Description:
Set the UI to Chinese, and then All Chinese characters on the interface are
showing up as gibberish, with the version compiled from the latest master code
(commitid: 149179ff8b3358159c51b237b4877b3d8daaf05a).
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the LO
2.Set the UI to Chinese
Actual Results:
All Chinese characters on the interface are showing up as gibberish
Expected Results:
All the Chinese characters on the interface are displaying normally
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
