Not reproduced: Windows 11, 26.8.1.1, 2560x1440 (16:9), 225% scaling.
Calc does not open at the left edge. I moved and resized it, exited and
restarted Calc: same position and size. Comment 1 points to a 16:10
monitor; mine is 16:9.
