            Bug ID: 174333
Summary: User data (First Name/Last Name) is used on export
                    despite the settings under 'Options'
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.6.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I have a document that was created while my name was entered under Options →
LibreOffice → User Data → First Name/Last Name. I now want to export this
document without the name.

I see two options:
1) I can remove the name.
2) I can uncheck the box next to “Use data for document properties.”

However, regardless of these settings, the originally entered name continues to
be displayed as the “Author” in the exported document. This is not the case for
a newly created document if the name was not entered when the document was
created.

I would assume that under Properties → Description I could enter the authors
name(s), but that's not possible as there is only the option to enter
contributers (and title, keywords etc.).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a name under Options, User Data, First Name/Last Name.
2.Open a new Document, erase the name and export as pdf.
3.Check the document properties of the pdf.

Actual Results:
The Name is being exported despite erasing it.

Expected Results:
The name is not being exported.

Reproducible: Always
