Marks after a word joiner (U+2060) or a right-to-left mark (U+200F) are
displaced.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached documents
2. Observe the Arabic word on different lines
Actual Results:
The marks are displaced on the lines with U+2060 and U+200F
Expected Results:
The word should render the same on all lines of each font
Reproducible: Always
