Description:
Add a new hyphenation option to split compound words when the "do not hyphenate
across column/page/spread" options are enabled.
Rationale: fo:hyphenation-keep ODF paragraph setting has a very narrow scope,
because it results very bad layout in languages with open compounding, i.e.
with frequent and long compound words. Support traditional typography by
splitting compound words in this case, too. A new paragraph setting can keep
DOCX interoperability, too.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enable hyphenation and disable hyphenation across column/page/spread.
Actual Results:
Shifting long compound words to the next column/page/spread can result in
extreme long word spacing.
Expected Results:
Recognize and split compound words at compound constituent boundaries,
resulting in better word spacing.
