            Bug ID: 174304
Summary: FILESAVE: Small password-encrypted .odt resulted in
"encrypted-package" file being FlatXML, not a .zip
                    container
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.4.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer

Encrypted test file to demonstrate the issue. Password is "test" (4 characters,
all-lowercase)

Created a very simple Writer document ("Hello world") and saved it as .odt with
password. As expected, the container had 3 files (encrypted-package,
META-INFO/manifest.xml, and mimetype).

When I decrypted the "wholesome" file (encrypted-package) with my own tools, it
was NOT a .zip container (with its own manifest, content.xml, styles.xml, etc)
BUT an XML file.

All content was there and the .odt opened again just fine, but I had been under
the impression that "encrypted-package" would always be a .zip container, not a
single (XML) file.

Is this a special case, size optimization, new feature, or actually a bug?

Attached demonstration file's password is "test"
