Description:
Open a new Writer in Tabbed user interface, and insert a table and click inside
it.
On the right side we have a menu "Table" and if clicked it opens "Rows..."
"Columns...". Is just inserting rows and columns, so they should be renamed
"Insert Rows..." and "Insert Columns...".
The documentation is correct, maybe they were changed.
