It seems as if the second option is the one of Ctrl-V. This is still highly confusing, since Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V work properly for all source/target combinations except for Draw->Writer. Draw->Draw OK Impress->Draw OK Draw->Impress OK Impress->Writer OK Draw->Writer fail What has also changed from 26.2 to 26.8 is that the default color of lines is now Green, their width is 0.11 cm, and the width of the line end is 0.2 cm.
