This file is displayed correctly in the affected third-party .doc viewer. Word does not write sprm 0xD670 at all in the table-row property sets (0 occurrences in each of the 7 rows); cell shading is expressed with other sprms (0xD61A-0xD61D). So the reference is: LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 writes 0xD670 once per row, Word does not write it, and LibreOffice 26.8.1.1 writes it twice.
