            Bug ID: 174210
Summary: Calc crashes immediately when clicking Tools > Solver
                    with Java/JDK enabled on macOS_27.2
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.1.1 release
          Hardware: ARM
                OS: macOS (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
LibreOffice Calc crashes immediately upon clicking "Tools>Solver" when enabled
with Java/JDK on macOS_27.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update to macOS 27.2
2. Open Libre Office Calc
3. Ensure JDK/Java is enabled under LibreOffice > Settings > Advanced
4. Used Tabbed interface. Go to Tools tab Tools > Solver

Actual Results:
The application crashes instantly when clicked on solver also before the solver
dialogue box appear.

Expected Results:
The solver interface should open without crashing.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
1. Disabling Java/JDK under LibreOffice > Settings > Advanced stops the crash
(though Calc then prompts that Java is required to run solver).
2. Re-enabling JDK causes the instant crash again when clicking solver.
3. macOS_27.2, LibreOffice_26.8, Oracle_JRE_27.0.1.0.3
4. NOTE: maybe the recent macOS update 27.2 appears to break the
Java-to-LibreOffice bridge, and that disabling Java prevents the crash.
