            Bug ID: 174187
Summary: PDF/UA: the slide on an exported notes page is a
                    Figure without alternative text
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.1.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Keywords: accessibility, filter:pdf
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress

notes-page.fodp: the presentation (one slide with a title, and speaker notes)

With Universal Accessibility (PDF/UA) and "Export notes pages", the slide
picture on a notes page is tagged as a Figure without alternative text. veraPDF
fails ISO 14289-1:2014 clause 7.3 ("Figure tags shall include an alternative
representation or replacement text"), and Acrobat's accessibility check reports
"Figures alternate text - Failed".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached notes-page.fodp: one slide with a title, and speaker
notes.
2. File > Export as PDF, General: check "Universal Accessibility (PDF/UA)" and
"Export notes pages".
3. Validate the PDF with veraPDF (PDF/UA-1), or run Acrobat's accessibility
check.

Actual:
- 7.3 fails once (notes-page.26.8-output.pdf).
- Page 2 (the notes page) has a Figure without /Alt for the slide picture; the
text of the slide is tagged inside that Figure.

Expected:
- The PDF passes PDF/UA: the slide picture on the notes page is either a Figure
with alternative text (such as the name of the slide), or not a Figure, so that
its tagged content is read.

Control: the same file exported without "Export notes pages" passes PDF/UA
(notes-page-control.26.8-output.pdf).

Reproduced on 26.8.1.1 (bf6ef2662401), macOS.

Code pointer:
svx/source/sdr/contact/viewobjectcontact.cxx
ViewObjectContact::createStructureTag: the slide picture on the notes page is
an SdrPageObj (SdrObjKind::Page), which is not a text object, so it falls into
the Figure branch; it has no title or description, so no /Alt is written.
