            Bug ID: 174147
Summary: LibreOffice Writer: Navigator "Default" behavior now
                    is "Focus"
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.1.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
After the most recent update, my Navigator in the Writer app now consistently
collapses my headings. I have taken it from default, to focus, to none, and
back again. I have tried this in multiple documents. Default *should* keep all
headers open; instead, it is collapsing all the ones I'm not currently working
in, which is the "focus" behavior. As an author of novels, short stories, and
poetry collections, this is driving me nuts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an existing document with multiple heading levels.
2. Move between one heading level and another--for example, I might have 10
heading 2s for poems nested inside a category that has a heading 1 subtitle,
and the same for the next section.
3. This SHOULD, with default selected, keep the entire Navigation panel showing
all the layers of subheadings.

Actual Results:
Default behavior now functions like "focus"--all of the subsections close,
showing only Heading 1s.

Expected Results:
Should be able to see the entire skeleton of the document. This is important!

Reproducible: Always
