--- Comment #27 from V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> --- (In reply to Philippe Cloutier from comment #25) A bit of QA housekeeping/training: Hi @Phillippe, Heiko correctly set this back to => RESOLVED FIXED, we generally do not REOPEN or set back to NEW issues that have been previously resolved. Preferred process is to create a fresh Bugzilla issue (UNCONFIRMED) and reference the prior issue. As to that the correct way in Bugzilla to ref another issue is to simply enter it as "bug + number" so "bug 172275", distinct from the comments in gerrit or git where for example a tdf#172275 that gerrit accepts as a link back to the Bugzilla issue. Entering it correctly formatted in Bugzilla gives a hyperlink for reviewing the ref. Other Bugzilla tags providing hyperlink are "comment + number" (within the current issue), and "attachment + number" (against the whole DocumentFoundation BZ instance database of issues). --Stuart F. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
