I only see the issue prior to selecting OK. If you still reproduce the exact behavior you described, please provide reproduction steps and clarify when (if ever?) the layout is properly recalculated. It is clear that something remains wrong (only the first change is reflected immediately), but I would qualify the bug as minor in my environment.
