--- Comment #13 from Philippe Cloutier <[email protected]> ---
After more analysis, I'm changing this back to a bug report, since this can
also occur via Print Preview. Here are specific steps for that scenario.

# STEPS
1. Create a new spreadsheet
2. Add any content in the sheet (for example, "foo" in A1)
3. Create a new (second) sheet
4. Add any content in the sheet (for example, "bar" in A1)
5. Select both sheets
6. Preview printing (Ctrl+Shift+O)
7. Open the Page Style dialog via the “Format Page” button in the preview
toolbar (sheet icon)
8. Go to the Background tab
9. Select Color
10. Select a red color (for example, FF0000)
11. Select OK
12. Preview the first sheet (press the arrow button with the “Previous Page”
tooltip)

# Behavior MOST USERS expect
The background is white.

# Actual behavior
The background is red.

----------------------
In that scenario, the French tooltip at step #7 reads “Formater la page”. It is
impossible to expect that more than the current page will be modified with such
a tooltip. And I do not think the translation is wrong (I cannot see a faithful
but better translation of “Format Page” in this context).

----------------------
This persists in 26.8.1.1. The change from “Page” to “Page Style” occurred in
2021 (see ticket #140949).
