You can test on a copy of that document, right click on "Defauit Style" for tables, and create a "New" table style. If you have all you need there you could personalize your tables using styles. You can personalize First row, Even rows, Background, Body, so on... And you double click on this style when the cursor is in each table. Easy. But do not manualy formated columns/rows over a table with a style. On tables manualy formated are lost.
