The new color picker has its initial height fit the palette size, rather than -
probably - the default, or maximum, palette size. So, with "compatibility" you
get a modest-height dialog, and with "Standard" it's bigger. However, if I
switch from "Compatibility" to "Standard" - the dialog does not expand
downwards to fit the palette. It should.
