Then opened the database file, opened table tbl_Decimal and set "Standard Filter" → Fieldname "Decimal_2" → ">" → '4.2' Will work well, will work also well when writing '4,2', because the filed is formatted for German decimal separator. Then "Reset Filter/Sort". --- Set Tools → Options → Language and Locales → General → Formats → Local Settings to "German (Germany)". Close LO, reopen LO and reopen database file.
