If we edit the typeface name in...
* Format > Character...
* The Character Style dialog
* The Paragraph Style dialog
* (elsewhere?)
and enter the name of a missing typeface (or let's say - missing and with no
substitute in the substitution table), and leave the text box, and press OK to
close the dialog - we are not prompted to confirm the choice of an unavailable
and unsubstituted font. I believe we _should_ be prompted for a confirmation,
at one of these points, i.e. either when the focus leaves the textbox or when
accepting the change and closing.
This is also the case for the typeface selection combo-box in the properties
sidebar and on the Formatting toolbar, but there I am not sure it makes sense
to ask for this confirmation.
